Toyota Hilux headlight restoration in Redland Bay
The headlight lenses on this Toyota Hilux in Redland Bay were oxidised. We restored the external surfaces using sanding, cutting and polishing, then applied a fresh UV coating.
Sanding, cutting and polishing
We sanded the deteriorated surface to address the oxidation, then cut and polished the lenses to refine the finish. The final step was applying UV protection to the restored surface.
The finished result
The before and after photos show the change in the Hilux lens. This was an external lens restoration, rather than a replacement of the headlight assembly.
